The Panel
On Monday 9th September we kicked off the 2024/5 season by asking our expert panelists what they’re expecting to see in the year ahead. Miami – and the rest of Florida – has had a busy few years, from a post-pandemic boom that brought dozens of new openings (that keen coming!), to a more recent plateau. How much of this is sustainable? What will be the drinks trends to expect? And which are the neighborhoods to watch?
